There are multiple channels available for technical support depending on your issue or enquiry. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with the options below so you have all of the information necessary to contact us in the case something arises. Our support hours are 9:00am –4:30pm WST.

Email Enquiries

Can be emailed to skills@stjohnwa.com.au and will be assigned a support ticket in our support system. You will receive an email confirming your enquiry has reached our team.

Your Contact (Urgent)

If you have urgent support or technical enquiries, please contact your support person as indicated on your Service Level Agreement. If you are unable to contact your support person, please call our main reception on +61 8 9334 1222 and our customer service team will assist with your enquiry.
