Clinical Hours
It is a mandatory requirement of the HLT41120 Certificate IV in Health
Care qualification for students to complete a minimum of 80 clinical hours with practical
experience in a clinical setting, under clinical supervision.
Students will need to complete the 80 clinical hours after attending and
meeting the requirements of the in-class training component.
It is the responsibility of the students to secure a suitable
workplace that will enable
them to complete the required clinical hours.

- Step 2: Provide Some Details - Ensure you have a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI). Complete the Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills assessment provided during the application process.
- Step 3: Secure Your Enrolment - Once your application is confirmed, pay the $1,500 deposit to secure your place in the course and officially become a St John WA student.
- Step 4: Begin Your Learning - Access the online Learning Management System and complete required pre-learning quizzes to prepare for your face-to-face training sessions.
