You've got a few steps to complete to ensure you're ready for training.
It's important to complete these before training to set yourself up for success and receive a certificate.
We have some questions regarding the core skills you need to complete your training. Answering these will help us deliver the best learning journey for you.
Our Learner Portal has information about your course, online learning, assessments and more.
All users must create a new Learner Portal account when logging in for the first time. We have sent you an account creation email with your details to setup your account and log in.
Check that your personal details are correct. You can do this in the Learner Portal by clicking your profile icon in the top right-hand corner and selecting 'My Profile Settings'. These details are used for your certificate and training updates.
If you haven’t already, we need you to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI). If you don't have one or can't remember it, you can find or create one here. We need a USI to issue a certificate.
Vocational Education and Training (VET) details are important for the continuous improvement of Australia's VET sector. These details will only be used for statistical purposes. You can do this in the Learner Portal by clicking your profile icon in the top right-hand corner and selecting 'VET details'.
