St John WA Royal Show 2025 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is St John Ambulance Western Australia Ltd (ABN 55 028 468 715) (St John WA), whose registered office is at 209 Great Eastern Highway, Belmont, WA 6104.



2. The competition is “2025 St John Royal Show Survey”.



3. To enter this competition, the participant must complete the St John Royal Show survey and provide their contact details. By entering this competition, participants agree to receive communications from St John WA. Participants can unsubscribe from communications at any time.



4. If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete their contact details on behalf of the participant.



5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.



6. Entry can be completed online at https://www.stjohnwa.com.au/first-aid-training/youthengagement/royal-show-2025. Entrants may only enter the competition once.



7. The competition will open from 10:00 AM WST on Saturday, 27 September 2025, and the closing date for entries will be Monday, 27 October 2025, at 16:30 PM WST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.



8. One winner will be randomly selected on Wednesday, 29 October 2025, from the pool of entries received. The winner will be announced on Friday, 31 October 2025, and this will mark the end of the competition.



9. The competition prize is one St John Medium First Aid Kit with a Recommended Retail Price of $110.



10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for other products or services.



11. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.



12. St John WA’s decision, in respect of all matters to do with the competition, will be final.



13. The winner, and if the winner is under 18 years of age, the winner’s parent(s) or guardian, agree to the use and publication of the winner’s name, image, in any St John WA marketing materials, as well as their entry. This includes using the same information for future promotional materials.



14. St John WA, as the promoter, reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice if it cannot be run due to any reason beyond St John WA’s control, or if St John WA determines that the integrity or administration of the competition has been adversely affected due to circumstances beyond its control.



15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with third party promoters. You are providing your information to St John WA and not to any other party. The information provided will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.



16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, St John WA takes no responsibility for any liability, financial or otherwise, arising out of, or in connection with participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.



17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.



18. St John WA shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions.
