TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE

Caravan and camping competition

1. The promoter is St John Ambulance Western Australia Ltd (ABN 55 028 468 715), whose registered office is at 209 Great Eastern Highway, Belmont WA 6104.
   
   
2. The competition is a “Caravan and Camping St John Giveaway”.


3. The competition is open to all residents of Western Australia. The competition is not open to employees and volunteers of St John WA or its related entities, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
   
   
4. To enter this competition, the participant must complete the required information along with their contact details. If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete their contact details on behalf of the participant.
   
   
5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating there agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   
   
6. Entry can be completed at the Caravan and Camping Event by entering details via our St John iPads or QR code. Entrants may only enter the competition once.
   
   
7. The competition will be open from 9:00 AM WST on 21st of March, and the closing date for entry will be 25th March 2024at 4:59 PM WST.After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
   
   
8. 1 winners will be randomly selected on 27th March 2024 from the pool of entries received.
   
   
9. The giveaway includes the following items:
   1. 1x Webber BBQ 
   2. 1x Burns First Aid Kit
10. Winner will be selected at random and will win the competition prizes as stipulated in section 9. 
11. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for other products or services.
    
12. The winner will be notified by the phone. St John WA may require a winner to provide identification documents to verify their identity. The winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize.
    
13. If the winner cannot attend the course, St John WA reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
    
14. St John WA decision, in respect of all matters to do with the competition, will be final.
    
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Western Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
    
16. The winner, and if the winner is under 18 years of age, the winner’s parent(s) or guardian, agrees to the use and publication of their name and/or image in any St John WA  publicity or marketing materials. This includes using the same for future promotional material. The winner will be required to have their photo taken with the prize to be shared on social media. 
    
17. In the unlikely event that we do not receive any competition entries, St John WA is not obliged to announce a winner or proceed with the competition prize.
18. St John WA as the promoter, reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice if it cannot be run, if it determines that the integrity or administration of the competition has been adversely affected, due to circumstances beyond its control.
    
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, third party promoters. You are providing your information to St John WA and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    
20. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release St John WA from any and all liability, damage, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any Prize or participation in the Competition.
    
21. St John WA shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions.
